Business Rounds

A new business concept.


The aim of the ICA ExpoCoop 2010 Business Rounds (BR) is to increase business opportunities for exhibitors by identifying and bringing selected buyers from around the world to meet co-operatives and do business at ICA EXPO. The selection criteria will include being highly competent professionals in the marketplace who are interested in co-operative products and services. They will participate in pre-scheduled meetings with co-operatives qualified for the programme. Buyers travel costs are covered entirely by ICA EXPO.
The programme is optional for buyers.


Its features include:

» Open to 150 to 200 key buyers of all sectors.
» Open to buyers responsible for making budgetary decisions of more than 500.000
» Buyers agree to set-up and show-up for appointments with exhibitors with exhibitors
» Buyer is guarantee 10 pre-scheduled appointments
» More than 2.500 business rounds during the event
» Buyers availability of contact prior to the show including links to buyers available on ICA ExpoCoop 2010 website
» Link to buyers available on ICA ExpoCoop 2010 website.
» Buyers responsible for making budgetary decisions of more than 500.000 €.


Selection

The business rounds will take place during ICA ExpoCoop 2010- the International trade fair for the co-operative movement, from 8-10 December, 2010, from 10:00 to 18:00. ICA EXPO has partnered with the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA), the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Organisation (IFFCO), trade associations and sectoral institutions, all of which will provide assistance in selecting the potential buyers.

Training

The ICA EXPO website will offer on-line training for all qualified exhibitors to help them maximise their participation during meetings with buyers. Training will cover issues such as logistics, participants, type of sales and promotional material, meetings, frequently asked questions, presentation of products, and others.

Register for the Programme by 30 June 2010

Registrations end on 30 June, 2010. Three months prior to ICA ExpoCoop 2010, the business rounds coordination team will send each attendee a pre-catalogue with information concerning the demands of products/services from Hosted Buyers and a form aiming at learning their intention of appointments and companies.

Each attendee should fill out the form with the names of companies he intends to meet and submit to the BR coordination team. The new BR will enable attendees to keep straight contact with the buyers from ICA ExpoCoop 2010 website.
